Using a 5Lt Tawny Port & Pedro Ximinez sherry-finished cask, we then add our distillery door favourite rhubarb and apple negroni - a blend of Orient Gin, Maidenii Sweet Vermouth & Okar Bitter Amaro along with rhubarb & apple bitters before ageing for 2 weeks.
We've done all the hard work for you! Simply chill, then serve into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Easy!
Garnish with freeze dried rhubarb & dehydrated apple (included)
